Drees Homes, one of the country's leading homebuilders is currently hiring for the position of Sales Manager in our Cleveland, OH market. Ideal candidate will have 3 years of sales management experience with a proven track record of success. Candidates should be energetic, outgoing, organized, and decisive, along with demonstration of proven leadership skills and a positive attitude.
Directly supervise sales team through guidance on presentation and maximizing self-generated traffic
Responsible for recruiting, training and motivating sales team
Act as a liaison between sales force, field staff, homeowners, and operational staff to resolve issues and questions within the company guidelines, while focusing on customer satisfaction internally and externally
Continuously research competition and conduct market analysis to ensure the company is maximizing market share
Work with upper management as it relates to marketing collateral and promotional programs for the region
College degree required; related field, preferred
Proven personal sales track record required
Sales management experience preferred
Knowledge of new home sales preferred
