The Facilities Systems & Project Manager is part of theFacilities Department. Below are theprimary responsibilities and qualifications for a Facilities Systems &Project Manager.


  • Upload new stores into the system weekly
  • Adjust vendor allocations when needed
  • Edit work order paths as necessary
  • System trouble shooting with software provided
  • Bulk upload preventative maintenance workorders for national facilities vendors
  • Answer user password requests for facilitieswork order software system
  • Change work order routing per facilities teamsrequests based on vacations and sick time
  • Recommend reporting to support the facilitiesdepartment as well as other departments
  • Learn the Facilities Software program to bringmost of the admin duties in house eventually

  • Recommend existing or free technology tofulfill facilities initiatives
  • Design and create tools to accomplish facilitiesprojects
  • Provide Project Management assistance at therequest of the Director of Facilities
  • Facilitating implementation of companyinitiatives
  • Managing other projects on a regional or storesub-set basis

  • 5 -7 years system management and/or facilitiesproject management experience
  • A four-year college degree
  • A disciplined, organized work ethic
  • The desire to collaborate with others
  • A positive, proactive attitude and high degreeof flexibility
  • Excellent writing skills
  • A willingness to work long hours whennecessary and travel as needed
  • An ability to work in partnership with otherdepartments
